Cushman & Wakefield Retained By Bridge Investment Group for the Leasing of 6720 A & B Rockledge Drive

The Atlanta-based investment company acquired Piedmont Office Realty Trust’s Portfolio 
WASHINGTON, DC, January 31, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Bridge Investment Group has retained the firm for leasing services at 6720 Rockledge Drive, a two-building 427,000 SF property in North Bethesda, Maryland. Brokers Ben Powell and Gwen Fraker are responsible for the successful lease-up of the buildings.

This project consists of two, Class-A office buildings in the North Bethesda submarket, with free shuttle access to Grosvenor Metrorail and within close proximity to a variety of retail and dining options. The owners are upgrading the buildings to include a co-working space and shared amenities which shall include a luxury, tenant-only lounge and outdoor terrace as well as a state-of-the-art conference center. Existing amenities include a private fitness facility that will be undergoing upgrades, electric car charging stations, and underground executive parking.
