Capital Markets team brokers multi-million dollar loan from a Money Center Bank
WASHINGTON, DC, March 5, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has secured a loan for Sentinel Square, a 280,000 sf office building located in Northeast Washington, DC.
“Sentinel Square is a world class asset in one of the strongest submarkets in Washington, DC. When you combine an asset of that quality with strong credit tenants, and an institutional Borrower, the result is a very competitive lending environment,” said John Campanella.
John Campanella represented the borrower, Hana Asset Management Company and Ocean West Capital Partners. He and his team provided a 5 year fixed rate loan with an International Bank.
Sentinel Square is a Class-A, 12-story office building located at 1050 First Street NE. Built in 2016, the property houses a variety of large government based tenants such as the Department of General Services and the Office of the State Superintendent of Education. With a prime location near several Metrorail lines, restaurants and retail, the building is sure to attract more tenants to the space.
