Experienced Tenant Rep Specialists Join Dynamic Team
WASHINGTON, DC, April 20, 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Tina Weaver and Earl Segal have joined the firm as Senior Directors on the Washington, DC tenant representation team.

With an expertise in tenant representation, Mr. Segal brings approximately 40 years of experience in the analysis and execution of complex real estate leasing, purchase, sale, sale leasebacks and financing transactions including conventional financing as well as tax exempt bond financing. Previous to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Segal was a Senior Vice President at The Ezra Company, prior to which he was a partner in the international law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
With over 25 years of experience serving the needs of her clients, Ms. Weaver offers expertise in the analysis and execution of complex real estate leasing transactions, taking pride in her capability of maximizing savings for her clients. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Weaver was a Senior Vice President at CBRE and The Ezra Company where she managed relocations, renewals, subleases, assignments, terminations and sales. During her tenure, Ms. Weaver has closed over $500 million worth of real estate transactions.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Weaver and Mr. Segal will continue to focus on and provide strategic and cost effective solutions for the real estate needs of occupiers of real estate including law firms, trade associations, not-for-profits and other significant users of commercial real estate.
Mr. Segal and Ms. Weaver observed that their move to Cushman & Wakefield was strongly influenced by the company’s broad-based service platform, its well-earned global reputation for the delivery of quality advisory services to its clients and an environment of workplace collegiality.
Mr. Segal is also a leader in his community, having served on the board of trustees of Goodwill of Greater Washington, Trinity University of Washington, the Environmental Fund for Maryland, the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations, the Greater Washington Board of Trade, The American College of Real Estate Lawyers and many others.
Ms. Weaver is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, DC where she has been the recipient of the multi-million dollar designation. She is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women of Washington, DC (CREW). Ms. Weaver holds real estate licenses in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland, and she is an alumnus of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
